We pour our hearts into every pattern, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and easy to follow. Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly to your device, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense. For this reason, we generally cannot offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded.
When We Make Exceptions
We know mistakes happen, and we’re here to help. We will happily step in and issue a refund or store credit in the following situations:
- Technical Hiccups: If a link is broken and we cannot get the file to you successfully.
- Oops, I bought this twice: If you accidentally purchase the exact same pattern more than once, we will gladly refund the duplicate order.
- Wrong File Sent: If the pattern you received doesn't match the one you purchased.
How to Get in Touch
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase at support@crochevia.shop. Include your order number and a quick note about what happened. Our friendly team reviews all requests carefully and will get back to you within 2 business days.
A Quick Reminder
Crochevia exclusively offers digital PDF patterns. We do not sell or ship physical plushies or yarn. Since there are no physical goods, there are no return shipping costs or restocking fees to worry about!
