Welcome to Crochevia! By visiting our shop (crochevia.shop) or purchasing one of our patterns, you agree to these friendly but legally binding Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, you unfortunately shouldn't use the Website. These rules keep our community safe and ensure everyone knows what to expect.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
All the magic we sell comes in the form of downloadable PDF crochet patterns.
- Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, an email with your secure download link will fly into your inbox within minutes.
- Personal Use: These patterns are designed for your personal enjoyment. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the actual PDF file is strictly prohibited.
- Selling Finished Items: We love supporting makers! You are more than welcome to sell physical, handmade items created from our patterns in small, independent batches. All we ask is that you credit "Crochevia" as the designer.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our prices are shown in your selected market currency and are subject to change (though we try to keep them steady!). Your payment is securely handled by trusted third-party processors. By checking out, you authorize the charge for your beautiful new patterns.
4. Refund Policy
Because our patterns are digital files delivered instantly, they cannot be returned like a physical item. As such, we generally cannot offer refunds once a download has taken place. We do make exceptions for technical glitches or duplicate orders. For all the details, kindly review our Refund Policy or say hello at support@crochevia.shop.
5. Intellectual Property
We work hard to design, test, and write these patterns. All patterns, photographs, instructions, and text on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Crochevia. Please respect the craft and do not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection in every stitch count, Crochevia cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages that arise from using our patterns. Our maximum liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the specific pattern in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are guided by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States. If any legal matters arise, they will be handled in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.
