Our Refund Policy
All products sold on Crochevia.shop are instant digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions We Make
- Technical failure: If your download link did not work and you were unable to access the file.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, we will issue a credit or refund for the duplicate.
- Wrong product: If you received a different file than what was listed, we will correct the issue immediately.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@crochevia.shop with your order number and the reason for the request. We review all requests within 2 business days.
No Physical Shipping
Crochevia does not sell or ship physical products. There are no shipping fees, customs charges, or return shipping costs.
