2. Digital Products & Downloads

Crochevia sells exclusively digital downloadable PDF crochet patterns. Upon successful payment:

• A download link will be delivered to your email address within minutes of purchase.
• Downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
• You may print the pattern for personal use. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the PDF file is strictly prohibited.
• You may sell finished physical items made from our patterns in limited handmade quantities, with credit to Crochevia as the designer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected market currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely via third-party providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment for the specified amount.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered once a pattern has been downloaded. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Refund Policy for full details or contact support@crochevia.shop.

5. Intellectual Property

All crochet patterns, photographs, illustrations, and written content published on crochevia.shop are the exclusive intellectual property of Crochevia. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Crochevia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our patterns or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.
